Week nine reflextion.

It was a final week of our course.We posted our final  plan reports and read about multiple intelligence.I think that knowing the ways people learn will make our teachers works easier and clear.

I want to thank our course tutor Sean for being with us,commenting and encouraging all the time.I am happy to meet so wonderful teachers all over the world.I am sure that everything we've learnt in the course we will use in our teaching.

Week 8 reflexion

We are almost on the finish line.It was the busiest week in the course.I worked hard for my project plan.It took me a lot of time to create two websitef for my 7 and 8 graders.But I think it worth it.Firstly,I've never used ablogs in education,only for private use and as  a teacher's portfolio.Secondly,I think it will be very helpful in communication with my students.Finally they will be motivated to learn English.Also I've explored lots of helpful websites.They are amazing!
I like wordsearch maker.It's really wonderful.I can make wordsearch for different topics.My students love solving wordsearch.There were lots of links and I am still exploring them.
I've read my partner's Erika plan and it was very interesting.I found doing plan checklist very easy,because it has clear structure and Rubrics helped me a lot.
Today my son asked me,"Mom why you've been studing for almost all summer?" I answered that it is so interesting to learn new tools for students and interact with my colleagues all over the world.

Week seven reflextion.

Time goes fast and we are almost at the end of our course.
   This week was devoted to Learnes autonomy,mobile apps and using one computer in the classroom.After reading these articles I've learnt some new information about using one computer in the classroom,how to use mobiles in the learning process.I like my colleagues discusiion on the topic and saw different ways of using devices in the classroom.
I found Padlet website very interesting and helpful for learning English.It's easy to navigate and post materials.I even created my Padlet page.

I haven't found my peer reading partner yet,hope to do it soon.

Week six reflextion.

This week was full of activities and interesting readings.I like the discusssion about working in a large class,I've learnt a lot from my colleagues.Most of all I was impressed by Interactive Power point presentation.I used standard PPT for many times,but they included only some info and pictures. I've learned about some tools using in interactive PPT such as games,blank exercises,pare share activities. I will deginitely use them in my work.I found creating interactive presentations very interesting,but frankly speaking it takes much more time to make them.Hope I will be able to do it faster later. Now I am thinking about my final project and learning some additional tools for it. 

Week five reflexion.

Week five was very busy but extremely interesting.I've read about Rubrics,assessment and project based learning.I like my course colleagues discussion on these themes.I think that project based learning highly increases student's motivation,because they work in groups,discuss the same topic and share opinions.I find creating Rubrics very interesting and easy in Rubistar website and will definitely use it in my work.

Week four reflextion.

    There were a lot of interesting articles for reading this week.I agree with all authors that using technology in teaching reading,writing and vocabulary is very important nowadays.It raises students' motivation,gives teachers additional tools for teaching English.
    I explored a variety of websites and found very interesting resourses.I didn't use technology in teaching writing in the past,now thanks to my course colleagues discussion, I will be able to do it.
    I like http://www.magickeys.com/books/ site for teaching reading.It's an amazing and motivating resourse for kids.I also used britishcouncil.org for teaching reading,grammar and vocabulary.
www.starfall.com will be very helpfull for  Young Learners teaching reading.I"ve been using it for 10 years and it really works.
   My class problems report made me puzzled.I never thought about any problems planning my class.I like doing my lesson plan,because it has a clear template.Also I like a section if technology goes wrong what should a teacher do.We should take it into consideration planning our lesson.
   In conclusion I can say that the more I get involved into the course, the more I get a lot of new information and I like it.

Week 3-Reflextion.

Hi,
this week was very interesting for me.I've known Delicious website,where I can save my faourite bookmarks and share with my colleagues.Readings about teaching aural/orall skills are very usefull and give some advice for teachers.I've eхplored some websites for teaching listening and pronouciation and found them very useful.I've selected a project report and saw how well it was done and how interesting can be using educational blogs in teaching English.
